What is a 'wedding cake rental' and how does it work?
Le Cake Couture wedding cake rentals are gorgeous, designer and customizable faux cakes, consisting of a real top tier for the couple’s cutting-the-cake photos.
Simply choose a package below and when the wedding is over, return the rental portion.
To keep the package prices affordable, prices are based on 'pick-up'. Delivery is available.
Wedding cake rentals are such a hot trend for 2011 because it allows savvy couples to allocate the wedding budget to other important areas.
Also many couples wish to enjoy a larger, more substantial looking cake, but don't require the 300+ servings that a larger cake provides. Le Cake Couture wedding cake rentals provide a beautiful customized wedding cake —while keeping it affordable.
Can we still serve our guests cake?
Yes! Included in our packages (details below) is gourmet serving cake. This cake will be separate from the wedding cake and is usually cut from the venue's kitchen. Because the wedding cake is served this way, your cost is greatly reduced. Chocolate or bride's white are included in the packages. Other flavor options are available.
How much money can we save by renting our cake?
Typically a 6 tier 100% cake, wedding cake, would give you anywhere between 334-560 servings depending on if you choose round or square tiers; and cost anywhere between $1300.00 - $4000.00 depending on how you want it detailed. By renting your wedding cake you'll be saving anywhere between $700.00 - $3500.00!
How much can I customize my rental cake?
Any way you want to! You can choose your shape, color, ribbon color and style, flowers, flavor... it's totally up to you! You can mix & match tiers (one tier chocolate fondant, one tier ivory fondant or square-round-square-round) you can even upgrade and have us include a couple 'damask' or 'quilted' tiers. The sky is the limit!
